  as we already know, raw material management is not an easy thing. this job requires a lot of strategies so that the problems that occur can be solved efficiently.

According to the statement, we identified that the is system used to avoid the circumstances and missing parts. And the system called as Material Requirements Planning (MRP).  Based on my point of view, MRP established a priority plan in a form of scheduling.

 The objective of Material Requirement Planning is about determining requirements and keep priorities current. But the question is how to determine the requirements? Firstly, we have to know the types of materials that required by customer or required by supplier. Or in other words, we need to determine what components are needed to meet the master production schedule and based on the lead time. And of course, the period calculation about the components must be available and accurate.  To sum up, we have to know what to order, the quantity of the orders, the right time to proceed orders and the right time to schedule the delivery.

Generally, the content of MRP today is about the inputs of the Material Requirements Planning system, the MRP basic planning process and how to manage the MRP.
