 Master production schedule is or we call it as  (MPS) is the overall plan to assess the production of your finished goods. and MPS also details how much needs to be produced our stocking product within a certain period.

basically, master production scheduling is the backbone to all manufacturing businesess, that will help manufacturing to:

· Prevent stockouts;

· Improve your efficiency; and

· Perform effective cost control.

INVENTORY RECORD

inventory record. an inventory is a descriptive listing of each record series or system, together with an indication of location and other important data also, we have an information data that we needed. It is not a list of each document or each folder but rather of each series or system. We made this record are to find out how many inventory that we needed, also the quantities available must be considered.  It also helps identify various records management problems. When this record are completed, the inventory should include all offices, all records, and all non record materials in it.
